Kundalini and Sound Meditation

Join us for this invigorating session in Marine.  We will start the session by clearing out any old stagnant energy with some Kundalini Kriyas and some breathing techniques.  Once we are feeling open, receptive and connected we will drop in to an hour of Sound Meditation practice where we will allow the overtones of the instruments to guide us deep into our authentic selves.  

This session is accessible for beginners and veterans alike. No experience required. Don't let any old stories get in the way of attending this session so you can come to life.

What to bring? Mat, props, pillows, blankets, eye-mask, etc.  Please bring whatever you might need to feel comfortable laying down for 60 minutes after the active portion of the session.
