About the Event
Join us for an incredibly potent combination of transformational modalities. We will begin the session with intention setting and movement designed to quiet and clear the mind, anchoring our attention to the here and now. We will then lay back for an invigorating and focused two part breathwork session, followed by the bliss and total physical, mental and emotional reset of an extended Sound Journey.
(The movement and breathwork practice will assist in preparing the body and mind for meditation.)
We have found that participating in this more intensive breathwork practice, prior to laying out for the sound journey, is effective in clearing the way for a deep and immersive exploration of the authentic self. You will find your mind to be still, your body to be calm and receptive, and your awareness to be present and potent.

Breathing is a fundamental activity that we do every day. But when expanded, your breath can unlock stuck emotion, allowing you to witness, feel and release it. This practice can reduce general stress, tension, anxiety and depression, enhancing the overall mood. It can improve your energy flow, health, circulation, sleep and vibrancy. We often don't realise how much tension we are carrying around from daily life. The power of letting go is often found within the concious exhale and the permission we give ourselves to do so.
Through this practice you will experience a higher quality intentional breath which can lead to a higher quality intentional life.

Introduction, movement and then 30 minutes of a more intense two part breath followed by 60 minutes of Sound Meditation.
Things to bring: yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye mask and water. Whatever brings comfort.
